PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This Free 5 page movie guide with handouts is for the film "Where the Wild Things Are (2009)". This guide will also work well as a sub plan for your substitute teacher.
For the first part, students need to complete 21 long answer questions which are in chronological order. After this the students then need to describe what they would look like if they were a ‘wild thing’, and also draw a picture.
Part 2 is a just for fun section. The word search has a total 18 words to find. 10 of them are the main characters in the movie, and the other 8 are found by completing the cross word puzzle. Includes an answer sheet.
Adapted from the book by Maurice Sendak, this movie is about a young boy who runs away from home and sails to an island filled with creatures that take him in as their king.
